One Hyde Park is a prestigious residential complex located in Knightsbridge, London. It was designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, led by the architect Graham Stirk and comprises of 4 towers, 86 apartments and duplexes (including four penthouses) and three retail units at ground floor level positioned between the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and the Edinburgh Gate.
One Hyde Park is considered to be the most expensive apartments in Britain, the penthouse was valued in excess of £75 million pounds.
Tilbury Contracts Ltd carried out Bauder Bakor waterproofing to four main roofs (with decking and green roofs), Edinburgh Gate porch had Bakor waterproofing (with Lindum turf finish), all balconies and terraces were waterproofed and then decked by others and ground floor waterproofing received paving (by others) along with ground level waterproofing to planters.
