About This Project

Formally a Royal Mail sorting office, the development consists of residential buildings and large public areas offering retail, dining and leisure facilities.

The main Edwardian Building was refurbished including the addition of one new storey comprising penthouse apartments with high level landscaped roof gardens which included plunge pools and sun deck areas.

The waterproofing system installed comprised of the IKO Permatec hot melt inverted roof system together with drainage boards and granite pavings.

The Area of waterproofing systems was approximately 9000m2.
