About This Project

A commercial and residential development of 236 units by Higgins Construction Ltd. The waterproofing works were completed using Axter Ltd Wilotekt Plus Bituminous Structural Waterproofing System to main roofs, terraces and podium above basement car park, totalling 9000m2.

The main roofs and terraces were completed with inverted roof finishes, with a hybrid green and brown roof installation 3250m2.
