About This Project

A residential development of 223, 1,2- and 3-bedroom apartments with shared central gardens. The works comprised of Axter Ltd Wilotekt Plus Bituminous Structural Waterproofing System to podium areas, and Axter Ltd Bituminous Waterproofing Warm Roof System to main roofs and terraces, the latter being installed to falls. Terrace areas were finished with paving slabs laid on adjustable supports, and the main roofs and podium areas were completed with the installation of a blue roof system and thereon a green roof system.

Being over 6000m2 this is one of the largest blue roof projects in the UK, and was the winner of the NFRC 2018 Innovation Award. Total area of works was approx. 8600m2.
