About This Project

A residential tower of 20 floors comprising 100 units completed by Mount Anvil Ltd.

The Radmat Ltd Permaquick hot melt waterproofing system was installed to the main roof, balconies and podium areas, over approx. 2000m2.

Inverted roof finishes including ceramic tiles on pedestals were installed to the main roof and balconies, with some areas receiving the Radmat Protherm Quantum high performance inverted roof insulation in order to overcome low threshold heights and still enabling the projects ‘U’ value to be met.

The podium area of 1300m2 was completed with the Radmat Ltd blue roof storm water system.
