About This Project

Commencing in 2010 and over the following nine years, Tilbury formed a strong working partnership with Berkeley Homes, carrying out many phases of the waterproofing works to the Royal Arsenal Riverside redevelopment.

The works consisted of both inverted and warm roof designs to terraces, podiums and roofs while installing cold-applied membranes to cold balconies.

Varying soft and hard landscape build-ups and water features were installed throughout the development.

Manufacturers used were SIG D&T, Alumasc, Radmat and Iko.
