About This Project

A mixed-use business retail and residential development completed by Lend Lease Ltd, which has now been developed further providing accommodation and amenities for over 15,000 workers and residents.

Alumasc Hydrotech Structural Waterproofing system was installed to the ground floor plaza area, terraces and main roofs.

Inverted roof finishes were laid, with the main feature being the green roofs laid to terraces  which have since won awards for sustainability, biodiversity and energy reductions.
