About This Project

A large residential and ongoing development of 1-4 bedroom apartments by Lendlease within minutes of Elephant & Castle station, working closely with Lendlease Tilbury have completed the design and installation of Alumasc’s Hydrotech waterproofing system to blocks MP1, MP1 1A and MP2 and are currently carrying out the design and install of Proteus’s Cold Melt & Pro-System waterproofing systems to blocks MP3 H4 and H5.

Following recent fire incidents within the industry we took a ‘no-flame application’ approach to H4 & H5 and subsequently have installed 10,000m2 flame free. This project also required BIM Level 2 compliance where we have generated working models in-hand with full design responsibility.
