About This Project

At 35 storeys Broadgate Tower was London’s fourth tallest building when it was completed by Lend Lease Ltd in 2008, comprising of shops, bars, restaurants, a fitness clubs and office buildings. The Alumasc Hydrotech structural waterproofing system was installed to various levels up to and including Level 35, over approximately 3500m² , completed with inverted roof finishes and paviors.

Ancillary works included waterproofing and lead capping’s to building maintenance unit bases.
